We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our London team. 

This role will support the Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) and wider Marketing Team in the delivery of projects across the portfolio of RWK Goodman websites and digital assets. Help to optimise performance of and drive traffic to specific business areas dictated by the strategic input from legal-service teams.

The role is focussed on using technical expertise across all elements of digital marketing. Enhancing brand engagement and assisting with copywriting, multi-media production and social media are key, whilst delivering reporting across all digital platforms.

This is a London based role, but there will be occasional requirement to travel to any of the RWK Goodman office locations as well as locations necessary for content production such as but not limited to client offices, production studios and client homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager on the running and implementation of digital marketing activity
  • Assisting with video content production, written assets, design, and podcasts
  • Managing and developing social media platforms and user engagement
  • Providing editorial guidance on best practice for SEO, sub-edit written content and write marketing copy
  • Providing support on adhoc website updates (Wordpress) for associated content and campaigns and assisting in the monitoring of digital advertising platforms
  • Using reporting tools to analyse performance of content and campaigns, such as but not limited to, Google suite of analytics tools and SEM Rush
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Digital Marketing team and MBD Director in relation to the day-to-day digital marketing operations and campaigns
  • Whilst the role is based in London and will focus on London offices accordingly, it will also occasionally require work outside of designated office and outside of normal office hours

Content Production and Social Media

  • Support with the running of the RWK Goodman social media channels
  • Support with the production of video, written and podcast content
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to devise and deliver a social media content strategy
  • Provide advice and guidance to teams in their day to day use of social media and provide follow-on training where needed
  • Optimise engagement metrics
  • Support and monitor paid social media campaigns

Website

  • Assist in maintaining and improving the RWK Goodman websites
  • Assist in the uploading and updating of imagery, copy and video content
  • Support the wider team in tracking engagement performance
  • Use keyword research to provide editorial guidance on content
  • Use analytical tools to monitor page performance and make recommendations for improvements
Skills, Experience, and Attributes

Essential: 

  • Experience and desire to develop video production and distribution
  • Experience and desire to develop written, editorial content
  • Ability to provide analysis of engagement and performance statistics
  • Excellent organisation capability with the ability to effectively prioritise 
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office suite and other relevant IT platforms 
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal 

Desirable:

  • Comfortable with the Adobe Suite of products, in particular Photoshop and Premier Pro.
  • Understanding of CRM, event planning and administration 
  • Familiarity with email marketing and CRM systems 
  • Comfortable with GA4 
  • Comfortable wComfortable with Content Management System (Wordpress) or similar
