We are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join our team in London. As a Marketing Manager, you will execute and implement marketing activity plans at business unit, division, sector and office-wide levels. Your role will focus predominantly on executing activity to agreed plans but will also involve standalone projects as directed by Senior Marketing Manager and/or MBD Director.

This role sits within the Marketing Operations team (1 x Senior Marketing Manager, 2 x Marketing Managers, 1 x Senior Marketing Executive, 1 x Marketing Assistant) which is part of the wider Marketing & BD team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the internal office ambassador and champion for the brand, social media, marketing & BD best practice and Peppermint CRM.
  • Act as the MBD team link in the London office, communicating back to MBD, and where applicable and as needed taking the lead on select projects / scoping of London-specific initiatives.
  • Execute and implement business unit and sector marketing activity plans.
  • Plan, co-ordinate, execute and evaluate events through Peppermint CRM in accordance with agreed firm-wide, business unit and sector objectives and the firm’s event processes.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned to strategy, oversee implementation and coordinate follow-up opportunities.
  • Communicate RWK Goodman’s policy on event strategy, planning and implementation to BU and sector teams.
  • Oversee the production of event and campaign-specific marketing collateral to agreed templates.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and BD teams on the development, execution and review of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested by Senior Marketing Manager and MBD Director in relation to the day-to-day marketing operations and campaigns.
  • While the role is based in London and will focus on the London office accordingly, it will also occasionally require work outside of designated office and outside of normal office hours (e.g. for events management).
Skills, Experience, and Attributes
  • Experience of working in a marketing or mid-level/senior admin role – ideally in a business-to-business environment.
  • Understanding of CRM, event planning and administration.
  • Understanding of client relationship management.
  • Excellent organisation capability with the ability to effectively prioritise.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office suite and other relevant IT platforms.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
